Exit Low seminar 2008
Another year has passed and we are all getting older:-( Fortunately, though, it is time for another Exit Low seminar covering all the usual suspects. This year we are on the RS Hispaniola and we intend to combine a professional, practical seminar with having a real good time too!

This year, as all previous seminar's have been 95% occupancy from existing clients, we are saving 10% occupancy for new client attendees, so book your seats asap! There will be a coffee/fag break in the middle of each section of the seminar, although refreshments will be available throughout.

You will be required to stay 2 nights in London for the seminar and apres social events. This must include Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th (there is as much information flying about at the social events as during the seminars). As usual, contact us either by email or telephone for recommended Hotels and costings etc.

Timetable Monday 4th February - boring business stuff

Introduction 10.00 - 11.00
All delegates should come to the main deck for coffee and tiffin. There will be a greeter at the entrance to show you where to go on the ship (as there are 3 levels). All nerves and usual social occasion preconceptions are to be left onshore, basically come in and introduce yourself to anyone and everyone you see! You are all in the same boat (boat joke no.1).

evening fun stuff

At 17.30 on Monday 4th April the business day ends. As we need everyone to be semi-clear headed for the following day, we have organised a BBQ on the decks of the boat with refreshments (weather permitting, otherwise will be inside under cover). The bbq menu caters for vegetarians too and everything is all inclusive so you just need to bring some tipping money.

So the plan is everyone head back to their respective Hotels and we will all meet back up between 19.00 and 20.00 for pre-bbq drinks and then go on from there. The boat will close at midnight...so full steam ahead with the evening's entertainment! (bad boat joke no.2)

**You will be staying two nights so we will all be going out for a long session on Tuesday night so please be a little sensible and get to bed pre-2am...this includes speakers!**

Timetable Tuesday 5th February - boring business stuff

evening fun stuff

At 17.30 on Tuesday 5th April the seminar ends. This evening we will all head back to our respective Hotels, grab a bite to eat and get changed. At 20.00 we will meet at The Ritz Hotel bar (see directions). We are going to wait for everyone to turn up until 21.00.

We will be booking transport from the Ritz to an undisclosed location where we will be booking as many tables as required. The evening will then consist of entertainment (suitable for everyone, not what you are thinking!) and refreshments will be available. As usual we will have a drinks allowance for the delegates which will be paid for by your respective companies (included in the seminar cost). This will not cover bottles of Cristal though!

The evening will be alot of fun and it does not matter if you are male, female, techie, director etc...we guarantee you will have a relaxing and throughly enjoyable last evening at a location that caters for quality people looking to enjoy themselves in a pleasant and safe enviroment.

Costs

The costs are per delegate and include all the above, except for the Hotel. Please contact us to discuss your accommodation requirements as we have a Hotel in mind (not too far from the boat) and, as in previous years, we will negotiate the best rate for the delegates. As usual we will guarantee the Hotel stay and will add the costs to the invoice so all the delagates have to do is turn up and enjoy the two days without any worries.

£1,500 (+VAT) per delegate attending.

NB. No special rates as everybody is as important as each other!
