This is for the professional website that is, or will be, making enough money to warrant a hosting box of its own. The site will have the maximum level of uptime and will be monitored 24/7. Support levels are also available.
The sort of site that requires a dedicated box will definitely require a database. Databases can be paid for monthly or annually, it is also possible to purchase your own licence of MS SQL for your own box.
