It is quite difficult to offer a case study for a major client as most have insisted, rightfully so, that privacy and confidentiality are paramount.
It seems appropriate that we list the normal working process from initial visit to commencement:
Initial Consultation
This would be more of a fact finding mission, wherein we would ascertain what the client has done already, highlight what needs to be done and then try and paint an initial picture of where we want to be within certain timeframes.
Research
Having got a better understanding of the client's expectations and requirements, we would then spend time analysing how to put into effect any works that need to be carried out including time scales and costing.
Proposal
After giving the client time to absorb all of our plans (short/medium/long term), another meeting would be arranged in order to secure an agreement, in writing, and to commence the project.
Commencing the Project
Although there are definite rules and procedures for most online marketing, we treat each project in a tailor made fashion which may be the reason that we still have clients who have stuck with us over the years.

A rough guide would be if you were looking to be spending £3500+ PCM on various online marketing over a 12 month period.
